Pickup

Pickup is free from Kensington Square, 6564 E Hastings St, Burnaby, BC, where parking is easy. Pickup is on the date and in the time window you choose at checkout. Please bring your order confirmation.

Local delivery

We deliver within Greater Vancouver only. Delivery costs $8, and it's free on orders of $150 or more. Someone needs to be there to receive the order. We can't leave cakes or pastries unattended.

We don't ship orders by post or courier.

Rescheduling and missed deliveries

You can reschedule an order once. For delivery orders, the $8 fee applies again. If a delivery is missed and wasn't rescheduled in advance, it isn't refunded. Our refund policy has the full details.
